Iron wood boning knife
This is an excellent knife. The design is based on a classic boning knife, but it is an excellent option for most everyday uses. The 1095 high carbon steel the knife is forged from is 1/8’’ thick at it’s thickest an tapers to a fine point. The iron wood handle is roomy and feature 6 brass pins to lock the handle in place. The blade is 5 3/4’’ long and has a hand sanded matte finish. The overall length is 10 3/4’’ long, and when sheathed measures 12 3/8’’. The chrome tanned leather sheath is extensively tooled and hand stitched in a contrasting red synthetic sinew.
