Do you need a chef’s knife that has a beer opener and cheese slicer?

Are you 6’6’’ and just need a little bigger of a knife than a standard Chef’s knife?
Do you have a cool thing thing you want incorporated into a knife?
Are you wanting a knife you don’t see in my production work?
Then it may be time to consider a Custom knife!
I offer several different varieties of custom work: Semi Custom and Full custom.
Semi Custom knives are my standard production knives with a simple change. It could be an 8’’ chef’s knife with a different handle material. Maybe a Santoku with a shorter Blade, or a slicer built for a smaller hand. These knives go up in price depending on the client’s specification(s).
Semi Custom knives start at 175$ and generally have a 2-4 week turnaround time.
Semi custom Knives require payment in full before work begins.
Full Custom Knives are built entirely to the client’s specifications.
You choose: steel type and thickness, construction style, handle materials, blade shape, finish, hand fit, sheath style and color(if applicable), and custom laser engraving.
I will guide clients step by step through the selection process via email. The cost of these knives can vary dramatically depending on materials, style and specifications.
Full Custom knives start at 275$ and generally have a 4-6 week turnaround time.
Full Custom Knives require a 50% deposit once we have decided on a design, then the second half is due before pickup or shipping once the client has approved the knife.
