This classic Chef’s knife is made for anyone who enjoys cooking and wants a keen knife at hand. The 1095 high carbon steel is .100’’ thick at its thickest and sports a consistent distal taper throughout the 7’’ blade. The result is a light, nimble blade that can make short work of any kitchen task. The 4 1/2’’ handle is made from reclaimed curly maple.
Currently, the blade does not have the makers mark laser engraved on it, but can be at the purchaser’s request. Custom laser engraving is available for a small fee
